Next, you can bring your own home plans or collaborate with our design team to create a layout that fits your lifestyle and budget.
Our team handles zoning, engineering, and energy compliance in-house, so you’re not stuck coordinating with multiple consultants.
Finally, we’ll present a detailed budget with flexible pricing options — giving you the clarity you need to confidently lock in your contract.
Permitting and site prep typically take about 60 days. During this time, our team will meet with you to finalize your design selections and walk through the build plan in detail.
Once we break ground, you’ll get real-time updates, photos, and messages sent straight to your phone through Buildertrend, keeping you connected every step of the way.
Midway through construction, we’ll schedule a framing walkthrough so you can see the layout, framing, and behind-the-walls systems — all before the drywall goes up. It’s one more way we keep you informed and involved.
After the build is complete, we’ll walk through the home with you to check every room, fixture, and ensure everything is to your liking.
Something out of place? Not to worry we document any final touch-ups on a punch list, and make sure they’re taken care of prior to closing.
Once everything meets our standards and your expectations, we’ll hand over the keys for you to move into your new home.
